Liked: Very well located- main road and located near the main shops/Malls and attraction. Very clean towels and bed sheets.
Disliked: The smell of old carpets, dust; not making the bed; not putting the toiletries next dayWobbly toilet seat.

Absolutely Disappointing Stay – Would...

Disliked: I recently stayed at this Wyndham location for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is poorly maintained. The entrance was far from welcoming – dirty rugs, an unpleasant smell, and a generally unkempt appearance. To make matters worse, none of the side doors work with room keys, meaning we had to enter through the main lobby and walk all the way to the back of the building just to reach the elevators and our room.Our room situation was a complete disaster. We were moved twice during our stay:•First room (first floor): Immediately upon entering, we noticed a strong smell of animal urine. Moments later, we saw fleas jumping on the floor. Completely unacceptable.•Second room (next door): The air conditioning unit died in the middle of the night. When maintenance finally arrived, they pulled the entire unit out of the wall while we were still in the room, leaving a gaping hole and making the space even more uncomfortable.•Third room (third floor): This room was slightly better but still far from ideal. It was dated, the chair had a peeling seat, and the bed was uncomfortably hard. At this point, we were just trying to get through the stay.The complimentary breakfast was also a joke. The eggs were cold, the bacon and sausage were undercooked, the bagels were stale, and the coffee was weak and barely drinkable.Overall, this hotel failed on every basic level of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality. I expected much more from a Wyndham-branded property and will think twice before booking with them again. Spend your money elsewhere—this location is not worth the hassle.

Liked: What I liked about the property is that it was mostly clean and the room was amazing. The manager was also amazing and assisted us with all our questions and concerns.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact the pool wasn’t open and was told it wasn’t going to be any time soon. Also the continental breakfast area smelled of mildew. Also with that breakfast started at 7:30 and by 8:45 they were pretty much out of everything.
