Very poor

Liked: The front staff Plus Pleasant and while there is a lot of wear and tear all over the property it was clean
Disliked: Inaccurate listing the pictures and information indicated that there was a pool there was supposed to be convenience store there was a bar. None of that was true. The laundry was broken the ice was broken the majority of the vending machines were broken the pool was shut down the gym was shut down. Our bathroom had very little paper products in it and no shower curtain. There was no way to plug the tub. The main elevator was shut down and on our second day there I was denied entry to the elevator by employees were using it. I do have accessibility issues. But probably the worst was when we did finally find some vending machines at work there were employees who were standing around being incredibly inappropriate and older male was sexually harassing a younger female offering her money. They saw us standing there and just completely disregarded our presence.

Liked: Quite a decent hotel, the staff is polite, responds to requests. Cleanliness is also at a good level.

Good but expensive for the...

Liked: Breakfast was good.I booked through booking.com and the room I got was not well advertised. I could have gotten a much smaller room.for a less price, but booking .com did not specify I was getting a suite. I didn't need that. When I got there and saw what I booked and the price I paid for that I was not happy.
Disliked: Room sizes should be better advertised.
