Disliked: that vehicles where parked in handicap spots that did not need it and my elderly mother and sister did .

Exceptional

Cheaper than other locations, but...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful Koi pond. Free breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel is outdated and in need of repair. The elevator had cardboard on the wall. The pool was colder than average hotel indoor pools. There were never enough pool towels for the number of guests who used to the pool.

A Great Place to Stay

Liked: It was very clean (especially the bathroom) and very roomy, nice furniture, pretty quiet, great parking. and pet friendly (a definite plus). My husband doesn't walk very well and they accommodated us with a ground floor room very close to an entrance and our vehicle. We are used to down pillows, so the pillows weren't quite as soft as we normally like, but there were 5 of them, so that was good. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot breakfast.
Disliked: We are both in our 70's, and my husband has bone cancer, so the very short toilet was extremely difficult to get on and off of without help. I'm not sure why most hotels have short toilets. It is usually my number one complaint. My husband was disappointed there were no hasbrowns on the breakfast selections, but otherwise it was great.

Disliked: There was hair in my bathtub, the spa tub calling needed to be replaced. The massage place was horrible went in 4 times and no one listens to the door of the bell at the desk!
