Wyndham Fort Smith City Center

We had an excellent stay at the Fort Smith Wyndham hotel. The people were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Liked: Sam at the front desk was so fun and made our stay in Fort Smith, to see Samantha Fish in concert, excellent! There was a waitress in the restaurant that also took excellent care of us and they served excellent food.
Disliked: Some areas needed cleaning.

The hotel provided free shuttle to and from Temple Live and bars were easy to walk to. The room was cozy and had the most amazing comfortable bed.

Liked: Location! Loved the bed!
Disliked: None.

Disappointing

Disliked: Would not recommend, staff was nice but facilities were not equivalent to other hotels at same price - room was musty with moist carpet, no heat in rooms, breakfast not included, no frig in room, and everything felt run down and dark.

Liked: The room was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I would have is that the breakfast could be better - same thing every day.

Very nice place and staff....

Liked: Loved the friendly front desk staff and the comfy bed. Nice bar area and free breakfast was nice. Parking garage was free also.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t refresh my room daily. Didn’t leave the washcloths I asked for, didn’t stock the room for 2 people. The worst thing though was the broken elevator. Too many people to be waiting around that long.
