This is fantastic and historic...

Liked: The room was full of extra personal touches and pleasingly set up to avery high boutque hotel standard. I stayed here some years ago and was deligfhted to ahve the opportunity to return.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful.

Disliked: The top floor rooms I struggled with the stairs so they changed our rooms with no problem and they even parked our car breakfast was lovely too Very friendly staff that nothing was too much trouble

Liked: Nice room (but very warm); Excellent breakfast, pub, pub food for dinner and location right in the centre of Winchester.
Disliked: The room was too warm, even with the provided fan.

Liked: Charming old pub in an excellent location with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was very good and the meal in the restaurant was equally good. There were a couple of issues that we reported and each was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Disliked: The pictures in the bar were alarmingly wonky.

Liked: Great breakfast, fresh fruit, lovely cooked options.
Disliked: Single room in building opposite was a bit warm, but it was a very hot day and there was a decent fan. Outside door was stuck and key didn't work - staff had to let me in at 11 pm. Poss due to weather!
