Great location and good room...

Liked: Great location for 9/11 memorial and surrounds.We were moved to 18th floor with lovely view after being disappointed with tiny 2nd floor room with no actual view.
Disliked: The rooftop bar was closed for renovation. We booked many months in advance and heard nothing about this closure.

Liked: Twin beds, no room to swing a cat (just what you expect in NYC) clean and great community room on the ground floor for coffee, etc.

great hotel and location would...

Liked: hotel staff were lovely and helpful. complimentary coffee etc lounge area There is also complimentary water stations . great location close to choice of subway stations nearby. Room spacious we had a terrace which was small but nice to sit when back and listen to NYC noises Couldn't here in room thankfully.
Disliked: Room could have done with a light between room door entrance and bathroom area as dark area and mirror and wardrobe is there This meant dark area for getting ready.
