Liked: The location was sketchy but met our needs. The room itself was clean and we liked having a fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was not made clear that we would pay a 100 dollar non Refundable pet fee for each of our small dogs. We paid 90ish dollars for our room but our dogs cost us 200 dollars which is absurd and should have been made clear in the reservation.The hotel had a lot of loiterers and come and go traffic in the calls, the halls were dirty and smelled. There was no coffee or breakfast and the vending machines didn't work.

Liked: It looked secure from what I could see
Disliked: It was in the middle of the hood with the crackheads. I arrived a little later than midnight and they told me that my booing was forfeited after i had been traveling hours to go to sleep. I contacted customer service to see if they could help and ask they were able to do its call the property to resolve the problem but they never picked up their call. Then the customer service rep stated that all she can do is send an email requesting a cancellation or a waiver

Disliked: IMPORTANT! A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! The hotel state a payment of 250$ for damage deposit at check in. When arriving at the hotel I was told that the deposit was only 100 $ dollars, I was happy about it! At the check in I was charged for the 100$ and the hotel representative spoked about the hotel policies and I signed a paper about the information. At the check out, I didnt received the deposit charged by the hotel, so I contacted them via booking.com message without a response. I called the hotel to know what was happening with the damage deposit refund since I left the property, and was told that the refund was going to take from 3 to 7 days to appear in my bank account. I contacted booking.com just in case, to make sure about the deposit being refunded to my bank account, to be secure about that. Bookings.com contacted the hotel and just a few minutes after, the hotel reach out to me via message, saying that I was going to be charge for the use of the wifi, when the hotel policy states that the internet is free of charge, when I spoke to the hotel representative about the wifi during the check in, I was told to only type my last name and room number and the internet start funtioning automatically!! The booking representative also state that on bookings.com the information is totally different, the wifi shows as free of charge. The hotel is basically adding random charges at the end of your stay. BE AWARED OF PLACES LIKE THIS!

Scary
Liked: Once we got to the room, the room smelled fresh and clean
Disliked: Arriving at the hotel, there were a lot of people hanging out in front of the entrance. There people grilling in the parking lot. After check in we headed up to our room, the there was pet urine in the elevator. We arrived pretty late, right before the registration window closed so we had no choice but stay for the night. I can tell you I will not book with this hotel again.
