The beds are absolutely thin...

Disliked: When we first arrived we booked in advance by a week , we showed up later than our check in date as well and we were told the room was not ready when we arrived . When we went to cancel the front desk lady said they were going to up us to a king (seemed good but it wasn’t) . I’m always understanding if you communicate but they didn’t communicate or apologize for the inconvenience of the room (Noah from another location was assisting and he was nice and ended up communicating and apologizing) , the beds are thin and really no good at all , no curtains on the windows and there was a bunch of hair left in the shower (barf) . Within the time of us being at the lobby one woman went in arguing and yelling about the disgusting rooms and cancelled and another couple was sitting waiting for them to cancel as well.

Disliked: Signs say no smoking at door but cigarette dispenser at door area on side walk so that’s where people congregated to smoke. You had to walk through them to get in. No dishes, coffee pot or cooking utensils in room - you had to buy all things kitchen related..no paper towels even Not even a tissue in bathroom. No hair dryer. Sheets were cheap and pillows were awful. Staff unfriendly-AC unit didn’t work. When I reported no one said “I’m sorry”. When checking out-no one thanked me for my stay, have a nice day just do you need a receipt. 1 broken ice cube tray in fridge.
