I felt like I was...

Liked: Stayed for the price, it was a quick stop on my road trip, but even that low cost was not worth it!
Disliked: I arrived 20 minutes early to check in and was turned away unless I wanted to pay extra $25. When I finally got my room it was not cleaned from prior guest trash filled etc. I was on ground floor you could hear all the noise from parking lot and when cars started see headlights and red brake lights in room since there were only cheap plastic blinds, no drapes. In addition the freeway traffic was so loud! Lastly, no usb charger for my iPhone.

Liked: No shower curtain. Door didn't shut fully had to block door to sleep . AC noise, window shut but air came through it. Quoted one price online then it was more than booking price and than their sign out by street .

Staff was rude, other hotel...

Liked: I liked that it had a full kitchen and a big shower.
Disliked: I didn’t like the staff, they were sort of rude. Also other guests were disruptive, as well as a threat to our safety. On Sunday, March 23rd, 2025 there was an altercation outside of our hotel room that escalated to the point where law enforcement was called which was alarming and made us feel unsafe.

Liked: This is my favorite place to stay in El Paso. The staff is wonderful, the GM is one of a kind (she's wonderful). The hotel is clean, comfortable and just a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. I extended my stay and to be honest, I'm taking my time finding a home I want because I have everything I need right here!! I recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for comfort, excellent staff and service, cleanliness, and a joy to be at. I won't stay at any other hotel because I'm treated so well that it's like coming home. The prices are excellent, and the amenities are really nice. Now they have a great kitchen area but you will have to bring your own kitchen necessities and that's not really a bad thing. The hotel is also secure and there are security cameras everywhere to make sure you stay safe. I just can't say enough about this "home away from home". You stay here, and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. I love it
Disliked: Well, that's easy to describe because I can do it in one word.....nothing!!

Good price if you only...

Liked: Conveniently located near I-10, with affordable laundry machines. The price is reasonable if you just need a roof over your head don't expect luxury!
Disliked: The hotel appears to cater to long-term residents, as they do not provide daily cleaning services. During our stay of five nights, the fire alarm went off at midnight on four occasions because someone chose to smoke in their room. Additionally, there are no blackout curtains, only standard blinds. The smell in the hallways was quite unpleasant.
