Terrible, dirty, staff is careless

Liked: Nothing canceled
Disliked: Had roaches in room, second room was dirty also , spills on floors , crumbs , bedding smelled , just to find out the house keeping only comes every 2 weeks according to the front desk, So do sheets get washed ? Blankets?
