Liked: The location and the STAFF was amazing!
Disliked: The room location was horrible the fact that it was my first time to Portland I was bummed to not have a good view my view was to a brick wall I expected the room to be a little bigger per the photos.

Great weekend getaway to Portland
Liked: Your staff from the valet parking, receptionist and restaurants were exceptional and took amazing care of us and our animal, they even put a dog bowl and dog bed in the room at no charge. The location was perfect to get around the area and there was so much to see and walk to from the hotel. The interior design was warm and comfortable and modern as well, I liked the wall to ceiling windows in the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stunning.
Disliked: The window shade pulls to open and close were way behind the one bed and hard to pull on to get the curtains to move. The windows could be more sound proof, we woke up at 2:25 when the garbage truck came to collect the garbage in the area.

I won’t be back
Liked: Nice rooms
Disliked: For a hotel that describes itself like this “The Woodlark hotel redefines luxury in the heart of downtown Portland.” You might think they’d have room service, or a restaurant open for breakfast, or even coffee making facilities in the rooms. But no. This is the other kind of “redefinition of luxury”. The one that’s more concerned about cost control than customer satisfaction.

Liked: Staff was responsive, exceeded expectations, and resolved issues promptly.
Disliked: The room strongly smelled of air freshener (?) that led me to believe it was attempting to mask an odor.
