Lovely place, excellent staff. Overpriced...

Liked: It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were superb and couldn’t have done enough for us.
Disliked: Breakfast was late service at 8am. 7am and it would have been perfect. Thought the room was over priced for what it was. The extra bed in our room constantly moved, so when you moved you felt like it was going to collapse. The shower wasn’t easy to operate so we had to get help from the staff. Not the hotels fault but we had no sleep due to a nearby alarm going off for most of the early hours.

Fabulous stay

Liked: Staff absolutely lovely from the moment we arrived till the minute we left..We will always recommend & always stay at this wonderful place when we visit Oakham..

Disliked: The rooms were dated, the shower in our room was awful and difficult to use,The towel radiator was really rusty:It was disappointing to have a doubleBed not a kingside.The breakfast choices were quite limited.
