Location location location!

Liked: Location to NRG, AMAZING!
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken so that was a pain. Breakfast is okay, it gets the job done. Parking was $30 which was okay for the location, rooms are okay, it’s good for a night, wouldn’t stay if we weren’t attending an event at nrg

Disliked: Having to pay to park at the hotel and the broken elevators. There was also no ac in the hallways and lobby.

Yikes

Liked: That it was close to NRG Stadium
Disliked: There was roaches everywhere, one of the neighboring rooms left because of bugs, phone in our rooms didn’t work, people were fist fighting across the hall and I had to call the front desk with my cellphone over 8 times before someone answered and they did nothing about a DV fight, no sleep, it was so hot in the lobby,halls and elevator felt like you were walking in a sauna, pool was filthy overall just NO.

The location was the only...

Liked: The location to NRG Stadium was great.
Disliked: The elevators was broken the whole weekend. The bar was never open as advertised. The ac in the halls and lobby was broken. The breakfast was ceral and poor looking muffins only. The pool was stained and not very clean. Only one of this staff members we spoke to could speak English so you could understand. We also had to pay for parking due to the concert.
