Wingate Houston near NRG Park/Medical Center

Liked: I am a wheelchair user and although I had requested ADA they did the next best which was ground floor. The shower DID Have a grab bar that was helpful and the double bed room was spacious for navigating in a wheelchair. The front desk clerk advised me that the ADA rooms do have the bar, they just were not available that Saturday night. Lots of construction but very nice upgrades and nice staff.
Disliked: Upgrades in progress; workers started making noise before 10 am but it was great to see they are dedicated to quickly remodeling the entire building.

Disliked: The only good place was in the lobby super fancy and nice but going back to the rooms it was so gross. We had a couple roaches and it was musty asf. Would not go back at all.

Liked: It was a quick check in.
Disliked: The minute, you walk in the room it smells like a smoker's room and the AC smells like mold. The bottom sheets that hang are very worn out. There is no wet signs with the rain that just happened here and I slipped and hit my back and there is no camera in this location. No basic amenities like water In the room was given it's charged.

Disliked: No breakfast, no pool and very miss leading from the website thw TV also didnt work very good. So I was disappointed

Disliked: The told me the it was breakfast they lied then they told me about all the other things they lied about after I paid like it was really the worst hotel I ever been in … and I had this weird door in my room kinda made us uncomfortable…. 1/10

Liked: Nothing horrible stay and the advertisement is not for this hotel its for the Wyndham in front of it
Disliked: Pool broke no breakfast literally had one muffin and didn't even have bowls for the ceral roaches in room TV didn't work in room
