My stay was short(concert), but...

Liked: Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.The location was excellent
Disliked: The water didn't get very hot.Ice machine was broken on 3rd floor.Clean but needs to be updated

Liked: The only that it was need the medical district
Disliked: Houston rodeo was in town. We had to pay $20 to park and we had to park away from the hotel as all sports were taken by rodeo ppl. Get up to go to my surgery the elevator is broken and won’t be fixed until hour or so. So we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs will all our luggage. What do I get at front desk?! Oh sorry! Won’t be staying or recommending hotel

Elevator & TV not working...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Elevator didn’t work. Had to walk up 4 flats & walk down 4 flights of stairs. We are seniors. Worked sometimes never in the mornings. Got there Friday afternoon. The TV did not work.The bathroom sink drain leaked water on the floor . We had to keep towels under the sink to soak up the water on the floor. They did get the sink fixed by Saturday night but the TV was still not working . We called them again Saturday night. A nice housekeeping lady got the TV working for us 8:30 Saturday night. But they need to get the elevator working.
