Disliked: It’s not in good repair or upkeep The front desk attendant made us pay for a room that we had already prepaid.

Poor and huge disappointment

Disliked: Smoke detectors continued to beep all night. Bathroom floor was sticky. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. The floors were dirty, dust and debris in the corners. The windows were cloudy and curtains torn. Most importantly, hotel was advertised as having free airport shuttle, which was the main reason for booking this hotel and there was no shuttle available which was false advertising and a huge never stay or recommend

Disliked: Arrived after a 10 hour drive only to be told they didn't have a reservation for me. I pulled out my confirmation email from Booking.com and was told that didn't mean anything and I would need to make a new reservation and pay again!!!!!! That is just completely ridiculous. I will never stay at a Wyndham property ever again.on top of that, breakfast was stale toast and biscuits, rancid orange juice (if the machine even worked at all), and no coffee.

Disliked: In transition to new owners, hotel seems unorganized. My room was not cleaned or restocked with towels.

Disliked: they charged us more than what we booked for, and now we have to fight with them. The reason they said is that ownership changed, and hence they send email that rates will change. nothing changed nothing communicated. and its all an Indian front staff shitty business as usual for them like they do in India. Crappy place.
