Liked: The staff were extremely nice. They were the best part of the stay. Very attentive and provided what we needed right away.
Disliked: The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. In fact, the least amount of breakfast ever offered. The juice machine that offered 3 or 4 varieties of juice was empty and you could tell had been for a while. The serving container that usually holds eggs, or gravy, or some type of meat was empty. Like, hadn't been filled in weeks. There was dried crusty food residue inside, flaking off the edge of the container. Some super low quality breakfast dessert thing in a wrapper, highly processed was offered. Apples were served. Like the ones in a school cafeteria that are disgusting and nobody eats. The fire alarm was chirping for our entire stay. Thankfully it was hard to hear in the room...or is that something to be thankful for.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: We had a reservation through booking.com, and front desk told us we didn’t. Showed him confirmation, prior communication with the hotel, and confirmed I was in the right place. They continued to say I didn’t have a reservation and wouldn’t honor the reservation nor would they call booking about it.We ended up staying anyway because it was late and we’d already been driving for 12 hours. The room smelled like wet dog, hallways reeked of heavy chemicals, things were beaten down or unclean, and breakfast non existent (they had fruit, toast but no spread, oatmeal but no microwave, yogurt, and nowhere was there a coffee dispenser or machine).
