Liked: Sheets were clean. Shower was hot.
Disliked: We arrived 30 minutes early and could not check in without paying an early fee. I understand if it was an hour or more, but after three hours on the road, we just wanted to settle in, and a half hour didn't seem unreasonable. We ran to the bathroom since we couldn't get into our rooms, and it was pretty dirty. The last stall was full of urine and overflowing with toilet paper.The hot tub was empty and had an out of order until further notice sign. That information would have been nice to know in advance.The exercise room floor is warped and a tripping hazard. There was no water available in the unplugged cooler that looks as if it hasn't been used in ages. The ac in that room was broken, too.The toilet is our room had a gray film in the bowl and flakes stains around it. The tub spigot was hanging out of the wall, and the curved shower curtain was hung backwards, so the curtain stuck into the shower instead of out.There was no OJ available for breakfast and no fruit of any sort.We booked an executive king suite so we could have a group of four sit together and visit. We did not get that room and were told there were none available.It was definitely a meh experience.

Dirty and smells

Liked: Front desk workers were nice and helpful
Disliked: The hotel is in a definite need of an upgrade. Looks like it hasn't been remodeled or cleaned in years. The hallways smell of mothballs, for some reason and the rooms were not clean. The floor in the exercise room was coming up and it was a trip hazard for anyone who walked through the door. Forget about swimming.The pool was completely empty and off limits. The breakfast in the morning was not good either. This hotel needs a lot of work.
