The associates at this hotel are exceptionally nice and very helpful. We were treated with great respect and care during our stay. Our room was great and had all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Close to Battery Park and shuttle.
Disliked: LOUD, dirty, rude, old. I would never recommend someone staying here unless they don’t want to a) sleep due to uncomfortable bed and so much road noise, b) take a shower that is more than subpar due to ice cold temp and trickling water pressure, c) be somewhere clean or comfortable.

Nice hotel for the price....

Liked: Great location to where we were going. They had hot breakfast which was convenient and they have Dove toiletries. The hotel was clean for the most part. Parking is provided and free.
Disliked: It was a spill in the elevator. I notified the staff on duty about it multiple times. Sadly it didn't get cleaned up until housekeeping came in the next morning. No damage to room and I still didn't get my deposit back.
