The associates at this hotel are exceptionally nice and very helpful. We were treated with great respect and care during our stay. Our room was great and had all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again.

The stay was horrible. Management...

Disliked: The room was dirty upon entering the room. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the shower curtains..The crevices of the tub was dirty, as well as the toilet. You could tell housekeeping did only enough to get by. There was someone else's hair on my towel.upon exiting the shower. I was yelled at by the front desk guy about a sheet and pillowcase my ink pen broke on.Also, they should list the price they charge for each thing Individually, so the customer can be clear as to what they are being charged for , instead of making up prices as they go.

Upper management needs to invest...

Liked: housekeeping was very responsive, professional, and helpfulfront desk was responsive, moving my room when I asked
Disliked: Terrible highway noise--truck hydraulic braking, major interchange noise for two major highways (I knew this--I am from this area--but more noise mitigation needs to be put in place). Even when I changed rooms, the noise was really bad. Also, irons were damaged in both rooms I stayed in, and the coffeemaker didn't work in the first. My desk chair was peeling and had no base padding--really bad because I worked remotely while in the room and was at the desk for 8-9 hours a day. Also, two of three pieces of equipment in the gym were broken (treadmill and elliptical).

Liked: Location to Truist park was very close and they have shuttle you can take before the game. Walking to the park is easy and it’s a good area to walk through on a late game. Breakfast was good with hot choices.
Disliked: Rooms could have been a little cleaner and show wear and tear.

Cheap, unprofessional, a hassle

Disliked: Misadvertised sleeping accommodations in room on booking site. Indian guy who checked me in wouldn’t switch me to the room with the features they falsely advertised. Even though THEY are the entity that provides room features to booking.com. Had to call his supervisor whose name was Ana I believe (at almost midnight) who eventually changed our room to a two bed one. But quite a hassle after driving 8 hours. Also, they still haven’t refunded my deposit on Wednesday morning and we checked out Saturday morning. Ridiculous.
