Disliked: Rooms need to be deep cleaned and better maintained. Non smoking policy needs to be reinforced. More or better security. Guests are too noisy. You can hear other guests up stairs and outside of rooms in hallway. We could hear next door guests talking in their room from our room.

It was ok

Liked: Location was convenient but breakfast was not good.
Disliked: Outdated furniture in rooms. Floors not swept and mopped. Lack of decor in rooms.

Exceptional

It was a very pleasant...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a great variety of cold and hot foods for breakfast. There were a lot of restaurants near by. Workout room was clean and adequate. We didn't use the pool, but it was there. The housekeeping staff were always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Those ladies were the best.
Disliked: Because the fan for the bathroom didn't work and the windows don't open, all the moisture got trapped in the room and made it super humid and uncomfortable. Also, I'm pretty sure they have it in their description, but there is a deposit for incidentals at check-in.
