Great stay, beautiful room

Liked: Couldn't rate the staff as I didn't see any, but the communication was good, and check in and check out we're quick and easy.The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, great shower and handy toiletries provided. Milk, tea, and coffee also provided, which were appreciated!
Disliked: The room was warm. The window opened and a fan was provided which was great but the only improvement I can think of is aircon.

Overall excellent and will stay...

Liked: Great location, just a short walk into town. Really lovely decor. Comfortable bed. Lots of little extras which is lovely
Disliked: Couldn’t lock the windows and I was on the ground floor. Didn’t receive any information on how to unlock the doors but the lovely cleaning ladies helped me out. My tv stopped working

Clean well equipped room

Liked: The room was was small but lovely & clean, bedding was nice quality, has everything you need plus quality biscuits & fresh milk was great
Disliked: Only the location due to the positioning of the windows, we stopped on a very warm night so wanted the windows open, but on numerous occasions there were people outside talking & smoking unable to leave curtains open a little due to being over looked, the bathroom had a very low window it was frosted but no blind, couldn’t have window open due to people outside the bathroom window… Didn’t feel very private

I think I’d rather stay...

Liked: It’s quiet and clean
Disliked: The rooms are all different and don’t look anything like the picture - no cheaper than a hotel but with no food or services etc !?

Nice property in an area...

Liked: Concise instructions for entering the property and easy means of returning key at end of stay. Property was very quiet for the two nights we were there and that was unexpected and pleasant.
Disliked: Staff was almost nonexistent. Electronic communications were available, but I had expected someone to be there. Also, I did not know that Preston (at least this area of Preston) was rather depressed. There were many vagrants out, and the area was nearly deserted as we walked to dinner each night. We did have a fan but other than that it was stuffy in the apt.
