Liked: The apartment staff were brilliant , but found the restaurant staff alittle rude
Disliked: That you had to walk through the restaurant to access your room , also was very, very warm

Fabulous accommodation in great part...

Liked: Great accommodation in a really nice location with easy access to central amenities.
Disliked: Car parking was a bit of a pain as I was on crutches at this time post a hip operation.

Disappointing

Liked: Upon walking in the Mayfair room was beautiful, layout was lovely and it looked like it would be the perfect stay for a romantic evening.
Disliked: Firstly it's 2 beds pushed together, there is nothing less romantic than this. It claims on the welcome sheet it's the world's comfiest bed, it is not. If you want to be near your OH you either have to be in the same single bed or extremely uncomfortable with the gap. Also the cracked tiles at the front door caused an injury resulting in spending a portion of the evening needing a first aid kit to stop the bleeding. There was no first aid kit. The fridge didn't work, It wasn't poor quality just straight up broken. There were also no large towels just hand towels. The room is stunning to look at but I think that's why the owners may feel these things can be overlooked however at £200+ a night it's these things really matter especially as the room promotes romance.

Comfortable but noisy landing.

Liked: The bed was comfy, bathroom was beautiful and otherwise had what we wanted.
Disliked: Noisy landing neighbours, door slamming, kids shouting n crying on landing, a man talking loudly on phone there too.

Disliked: Lack of parking options and no cooled breakfast
