Liked: Our train was cancelled and needed a place to stay in Preston, fortunately we picked winckley square, laden with luggage they were kind enough to give us an early check-in. Situated beside a lovely park and a few minutes from Preston rail station it is an ideal location

Liked: The location couldn't be better, the apartment was very comfortable and the management team were helpful when we asked about leaving luggage before our check-in and after our check-out time.
Disliked: The apartment had everything we needed but there were just 2 of everything - cups, plates, knives, spoons and so on. Not a problem that would stop us highly recommending Winckley Square residence, but slightly inconvenient at times. An extra couple of cups and another knife would have been handy.

Disliked: For a 5 star apartment, we felt the price wasn't fair as when we lifted the duvet there was spider on the bed and spider web and spider in the corner. Bed was also very uncomfortable as you sunk in the mattress and bedding wasn't clean. Bathroom very small and tight. The original room we had was smelling of drainage but the owner quickly came and changed the room was very kind of him. Lovely gentleman. Didnt get sleep because of the bed and the noise of the fridge noise and other customers who were playing music well over time mentioned.
