Disliked: The location was no good too far away from anything The breakfast wasn't the best the scrambled egg was just a poached egg chopped up the bacon was very salty. The American pancakes were not what we were expecting.

Liked: The property was lovely and so was the room, the thing was I didn’t actually stay the night due to anxiety as it was first time in a hotel after the sudden death of my partner, Kelly the general manager who met me on the day was amazing and helped me, but I decided to leave and go home, the hotel have offered me a full refund which I’m just waiting on, they have been so helpful

Liked: Plenty of parking and a warm greeting from the staff on arrival. The staff continued to excel in customer service from the evening through to breakfast and checkout.Large comfortable room and very clean.Enjoyed a few pints in the beer garden with a good selection of beers. Breakfast was good value for money and well cooked
