Liked: The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and there was a range of breakfast options.
Disliked: The room was a lot smaller than we were expecting and we felt for the price - was not the best. Not a lot of options for vegetarians/vegans/pescatarians for dinner.

Liked: This was a lovely Hotel with a modern look and feel, our room was wonderful, very spacious and comfortable and the view from the little balcony was lovely! The Bathroom was fantastic and spotlessly clean, breakfast the following morning was lovely and staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Only small thing I can remark on was need for plug points closer to the bed and pillows a bit flat, apart from that I would be hard pressed to find anything I didn't like .

Liked: Liked the location. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Food was superb.
Disliked: Major negative was complete lack of hanging space for clothing. No rails, no hangers. Just two little hooks on the inside of the shower room door.Hardly consistent with a five star rating!

Elegant and special

Liked: Beautiful large room that feels clean and new, with a view and large bed, separate dressing room and extra large bathroom. Lovely views, very quiet space and surroundings, even with the small restaurant on the ground floor. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: There was no hot water on the evening we stayed after the toddler had had a puddle bath. The team apologised and promised there would be hot water in 30 mins to an hour and that it was other guests who had used it. However as we had already been experimenting with the taps for 45 mins before we reported it and I wasn't going to wait to 10pm to have a bath after a long journey which we were already arriving late from and with a toddler who wakes up at 6am the best option was a cold shower. It was disappointing, as any Mum knows, a room with a bath is something you can look forward to for months.
