Blamed booking.com for getting room...

Liked: Great place to visit
Disliked: Despite booking a double, they blamed Booking.com for getting the room wrong and didn't seem too bothered about changing it....

Superb

Liked: Loved the spa and also how close to the town we were.
Disliked: The toilet roll was extra cheap v bad , I'm a budget buyer but that was bad considering the price The main light in ours didn't work from switch room 305 and the hallway light didn't turn off off until we took the card out which I would of been grateful to be told cos lost a half nite sleep from it

Liked: Comfort of the hotel and friendliness of staff
Disliked: Staff on the bar didn’t appear to know what they were doing resulting in delays getting drinks and paying

It wasn’t a bad hotel,...

Liked: Good location, enough space in the room. My partner left his wallet in the room, a few hours later we had a call that house keeper found it, that was positive thing
Disliked: We requested a baby cot in one of our rooms, when we arrived we had to ask about the cot again. Cups were dirty, we had hair in our bath. When we mentioned this at the reception, it seemed like they didn’t care about it. Unfortunately pillows were not very comfortable, so didn’t have very good sleep

wonderful location, really clean and...

Liked: When I arrived I asked it there was a continential option - the receptionist said yes, we can do that. When I went down for breakfast the next morning they asked for payment prior and I said i would like the continential option only. The receptionist on duty said that was not possible. I had told her the night before I was informed it was. SHe confirmed it wasnt and I was given false information. I therefore went into the town for breakfast.
Disliked: The above issue.

Wonderful place to stay

Liked: Met personal requirements I travelled with my grandma who's 89 and I asked for a ground floor room if possible and this was no bother for the staff
Disliked: Nothing
