Disliked: Sinking bed.

Liked: The pool and hot tub were lovely. That's the main reason we chose this hotel -- to get a pool. I also liked how you are making a valiant attempt to keep an old hotel going. The bright colors made it feel fun instead of old and dated. But it is showing its age.
Disliked: Check-in was a nightmare! I never did find out exactly what the problem was, but they could not find my confirmation number. Maybe a computer glitch? Server down? It took at least a half hour, possibly longer. We would have felt better about this if the staff had done something to make up for it. Maybe offer us a free goodie from the little snack shop? A small gesture of good will would have gone a long way.

Liked: I liked the friendly staff. The pool was nice.
Disliked: The $150 charge for my little dog for a 2 night stay. Didn’t know it was so high. Before we didn’t get charged at all. We’ve come to wild palms almost every year for the last 20 years.

Disliked: The toilet was clogged and the receptionist gave me a tool and I had to clean the toilet free by myself. I’m not a plumber.

Liked: The room was very clean and the entirety of the hotel was renovated which was great!
Disliked: It was extremely noisy at night because the walls are very thin and people slam doors. The beds were uncomfortable with dips.Breakfast options were limited: no milk, no cereal, no waffles, just some bread, coffee and eggs.
