Liked: The room was extremely cold and the heater was very loud. It did warm up eventually.

We were glad to find...

Liked: Pillows were not so tightly puffed up and large like some hotels. The blinds were better, really blocked out the early morning light. We needed our rest.Beds were perfect semi firmness . Some hotels the beds are like rocks. The key fobs are the cutest hotel key fobs Ive ever seen
Disliked: I have never seen a toggle switch on an electric cord before. It took me quite a while to get the room warmed up.

Would never stay again even...

Liked: The blind in the room was very nice
Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathtub when we had not showered yet. The under of the sink was dirty. The back of the toilet behind the seat had hair. There were dead bugs and stuff on the floor. There was a stained facecloth and mattress cover. The smoke detector was not operational. The room had been renovated but you could tell easily by a non professional. There was no garbage container in the bedroom. The bathroom door was unable to be locked let alone stay close. The hotel door had a gap on the side and under the door. The floors were freezing and no extra blankets found at all. No coffee maker or coffee and although they called to ask if time arrival as they were going to put on the heat. The heat was set to 18 in mid winter.
