Liked: Everything about our stay was excellent comfy clean room nice location. My request for low floor was met. Staff very friendly food gorgeous

Liked: Food and drink were good.
Disliked: One of our rooms was not set up as a twin although booking.com had said hotel was informed. Hotel said they were not informed!!!!!!!!!9

Nice people but very unclean...

Liked: Staff were really friendly and very helpful Breakfast was nice
Disliked: When we arrived our toilet in en-suite had poo on seat and poo under toilet rim. We asked them to clean ot again and they did but we still disgusting. Did not have enough towels on arrival Had a chip in tea cup in our room Food in the restaurant was hard and cold : mash Potato was dry and fish fingers were hard / steak was tough. We didn't have any cutlery to start with

Family trip to Ambleside

Liked: The staff were excellent and the location was great, the breakfasts were also lovely
Disliked: The rooms although comfortable were very dated, on the first night the club next doors music was bouncing. It only lasted till 11.30pm but not ideal for a family trip

Liked: Really nice pub, even though we were over the bar we couldn’t hear it, but being on the high street was a bit noisy but not to disrupting
Disliked: Room could of been abit cleaner
