Disliked: Lovely property but had an issue with one of the emergency lights in the room. kept flashing like a strobe at night going from pitch black to very bright and couldn’t sleep as it was a faulty light ! Made a complaint next day and got told to email, emailed and got ignored, sent message on booking.com and got ignored so they clearly don’t care ! was leaving doing a review until i heard back but they never contacted ! Could do with installing Air Con in room, arrived to what felt like an oven with all windows shut.

Nice situation..extra for breakfast!

Great Place to Stay Close...

Liked: Lovely place to stay close to Offas Dyke (about 0.3 miles off trail). The hotel had a very open clean feel. The staff were great and welcoming. The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and my husband enjoyed breakfast (15gbp upcharge). Definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: TV signal was a little spotty at times. Pastries at breakfast would be appreciated.
