Very good

We came to watch tennis...

Liked: Breakfast was only Continental but there was ample food
Disliked: Dining room downstairs difficilt for people with mobility problems

Liked: The location of the hotel was not excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory.
Disliked: The room was a little cramped for the three of us and it would have been nice to have air conditioning.

Easy to access and good...

Liked: Easy to access and good location near the Paddington train station.

Not worth money.

Liked: Free WiFi, good location.
Disliked: Mould in shampoo in bathroom, and bogies on wall next to bed. Walls are thin, can hear people in next room at night.

Exceptional

Great location, reasonably priced for...

Liked: Great location, 15 minute walk to Hyde park and 5 minutes from paddington tube. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom small but nice. Nice large fan in room which was helpful in the heat. Reception staff was friendly.
Disliked: No lifts, so luggage had to be pulled up to the 3rd floor. Was quite noisy generally but not enough to bother us too much. Breakfast was very basic. There was a toast machine but the staff toast it and leave it in a pile so it's cold. Was cereal, toast, ham and cheese but that was all. The stairways smelt quite strongly of cigarette smoke.
