Great location for Paddington.

Liked: Location is fantastic. Have stayed several times and have found it clean. Have always found the staff very friendly. This is a budget hotel with great access to Paddington and people shouldn’t book if expecting luxury.Son left shirt in his room. Staff managed to locate. Very easy to contact the property and management.
Disliked: Nothing .

Great Value. Will definitely stay...

Liked: This is a good value hotel in a great position (5mins walk from Paddington). Breakfast was continental but plenty of it (toast, yogurt, ham, cheeses, cereal). Staff were friendly. Room was good size for city hotel (a bit dated and maybe not hospital clean) but it was clean. Shower was hot (bit cramped but hot and clean). Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. No AC but a fan to use on hot days. Room TV wasn't too small. Overall very happy with our stay and will stay again! Thank You!

not worth the money and...

Liked: nothing!! horrible hotel and never again!
Disliked: So dirty,especially toilet full of fan and when we turn on tye fan seems ages didn't used dust flying everywhere rooms under bed thick of dust! so noisy sorroundings and we suffered escpeciallg my 8 yrs daughter of allergy ! very very disgusting ,toilet in shower sink stucked!!

Although the location was excellent,...

Liked: There was a relatively small but tasty breakfast. Everything was nearby and it was easy to get around.
Disliked: The room was very narrow, the walls were thin, you could hear everything that was going on elsewhere. Although the bed was made every day and a new towel was given, the cleanliness was not great. There was something spilled under the bed a long time ago, the curtains were dirty, you could find empty toilet paper rolls, cigarette butts and much more between the bed and the window. There was mold in the bathroom, the soap dish was covered in mold. In terms of cleanliness - it was terrible.

Needs deep cleaned but cheap...

Liked: Very small eating area not enough space for all of the guests. Good bathroom with great shower. No extractor fan. Sash window stinking. Chrome radiator rusted. Bought disinfecting wipes to clean tv controller etc
Disliked: Not cleaned around sash window very narrow room.

Disliked: very small room noisy street over night very basic breakfast
