Good place to stay.

Liked: Only had dinner and I'm quite picky so was nice that they had some healthy stuff on the menu instead of just chips and pies.Despite being next to a road was very quiet.

Really nice relaxing place with...

Liked: It’s in a great location and has a really good atmosphere and their breakfast is very good.
Disliked: The room that I had in the old part of the property, was a bit of a trek with my luggage. Also, I couldn’t have a bath or shower as the bath tap seemed to be jammed on the hot setting. So I couldn’t run ably cold water and I didn’t fancy a boiling hot bath.

Disliked: The entire property needs upgrading.

Very Good

Liked: The Manager and staff were excellent and were very attentive to make sure we enjoyed our stay, which we did. The evening meal and breakfast were very good and value for money. Our room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The corridors could do with some minor refreshment, but it wouldn't stop us staying there again.
