Dating back to 1550 this magnificent hall offers elegant rooms surrounded by 20 acres of beautiful scenery. There is free Wi-Fi and free parking on site and the center of Stafford is a 10-minute drive away. The building still features many of its original Elizabethan features including open stone fireplaces and oak beams in many of the rooms. A continental breakfast is provided each morning. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea in Weston Hall's Cellar Bar and Lounge with delicate sandwiches warm scones and clotted cream. Cocktails pre-dinner drinks and snacks are served in the evening and locally sourced ingredients are used to make tasty favorites like homemade pie and steaks. Liked: Beautiful place to stay with loads of character and history
Disliked: Not much to dislike at all, but if your above 5ft 10 prepare to duck your head occasionally especially in your room, some low beams between room and bathroom..

Full of old world charm.

Liked: Atmosphere and location. Robes and goodies in room.
Disliked: Two stairs to climb to room. As it’s a listed building they can’t install a lift. Minor inconvenience.

Stunning room and ensuite, staff...

Liked: The location was perfect for me. Out of Stafford centre by a few miles, lovely gardens and setting. I contacted the reception after I left as I realised I'd left my kindle in my room and they found it and posted it back to me. The building has been beautifully restored and is in superb condition.
Disliked: Air conditioning, perhaps.
