Great gym. Shula's is a lovely restaurant.

Liked: Staff, facility, location excellent.
Disliked: Phone system does not enable you to contact the right services which meant when they are busy you can't get to where you need to speak to.

My problem came when me and my wife went to Shula's steak house. After we were seated by the older woman we did not receive service for at least 10 minutes. We then decided to leave and the same woman who seated us said have a nice day. Never asked how everything was or why were we leaving. It was not a packed house at all. It pretty much ruined my first night at the hotel.

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel overall was very impressive. We loved the views and proximity to the theatre we went to. Staff was very friendly (front desk/concierge and especially valet service out front of the property).

Disliked: No signs posted when getting off the elevator on 9th floor as to which rooms went to the left and which rooms went to the right. For example, my room 902 went to the left but we did not know this and "guessed" right. Also your marketing of the duel shower head was great. The water pressure was 50% of what it should have been and took twice as long to shower.

Excellent stay with kids. Perfect...

Liked: Liked? Wow, a lot of things.- Location (literally in the middle of the Theatre District) and very close to Subway stations.- Comfortable, with an excellent king bed (which I shared with my two small kids).- Good bed linens (my kids loved... it was hard to wake them up).- Perfect view from my room on the 43th floor (I could see the Empire States, the Times Square, Brooklin Bridge etc).- From my floor I could hear sirens, so I can say my suite was very quiet (but listening the city noises is also a NY experience).- Good natural lightning (lots of windows). And good curtains to keep the room real dark in the morning.- Excellent shower, with blindex, good water pressure and also with a nice view! Loved the shampoo and body wash.- Good elevators with good waiting times.That's it. Recommend it!
Disliked: It's not fare to say I didn't like something... but I missed a mini fridge in my room. And I would also like having some bigger towels. But these are details. I wouldn't consider these negative. Maybe, if I requested, they could have helped me.
