Great gym. Shula's is a lovely restaurant.
Liked: Staff, facility, location excellent.
Disliked: Phone system does not enable you to contact the right services which meant when they are busy you can't get to where you need to speak to.

My problem came when me and my wife went to Shula's steak house. After we were seated by the older woman we did not receive service for at least 10 minutes. We then decided to leave and the same woman who seated us said have a nice day. Never asked how everything was or why were we leaving. It was not a packed house at all. It pretty much ruined my first night at the hotel.
Liked: Great room service.
Disliked: Shula's the steak house!

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel overall was very impressive. We loved the views and proximity to the theatre we went to. Staff was very friendly (front desk/concierge and especially valet service out front of the property).
Liked: Great experience at Shula's!
Disliked: No signs posted when getting off the elevator on 9th floor as to which rooms went to the left and which rooms went to the right. For example, my room 902 went to the left but we did not know this and "guessed" right. Also your marketing of the duel shower head was great. The water pressure was 50% of what it should have been and took twice as long to shower.

The hotel was unclean, unresponsive...
Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. After just one night, we decided to leave because the room was not clean and the sofa bed, where our child was supposed to sleep, was broken and unusable. We immediately tried to report the issue to the hotel staff but received no response. We also contacted Booking.com’s customer service, who were very helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel did not respond to them either. We found it very unfair that the hotel charged us for five nights, even though we stayed only one night under unacceptable conditions. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Broadway trip
Liked: Great location. Staff was so helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room and great value. It felt very luxurious and we would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: It's a busy corner so the valet was a little bit difficult to navigate but the the staff was right there to help.

Liked: Great location. Rooms were recently renovated and everything was new. Very friendly and helpful staff. They booked our shows. Daily voucher of $40 to spend at the Foundry was a good gesture.
