Great gym. Shula's is a lovely restaurant.

Liked: Staff, facility, location excellent.
Disliked: Phone system does not enable you to contact the right services which meant when they are busy you can't get to where you need to speak to.

My problem came when me and my wife went to Shula's steak house. After we were seated by the older woman we did not receive service for at least 10 minutes. We then decided to leave and the same woman who seated us said have a nice day. Never asked how everything was or why were we leaving. It was not a packed house at all. It pretty much ruined my first night at the hotel.

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel overall was very impressive. We loved the views and proximity to the theatre we went to. Staff was very friendly (front desk/concierge and especially valet service out front of the property).

Disliked: No signs posted when getting off the elevator on 9th floor as to which rooms went to the left and which rooms went to the right. For example, my room 902 went to the left but we did not know this and "guessed" right. Also your marketing of the duel shower head was great. The water pressure was 50% of what it should have been and took twice as long to shower.

Disliked: The property was fine, but I do have one complaint. The young gentleman working in the gift shop/store where you buy drinks and snacks. He was extremely unfriendly and just down right rude he was not cordial at all and in need of Customer Service training.

Liked: Location if you want to be near Time Square. Spacious room with comfy beds.Fantastic view of Time Square.
Disliked: The staff were never helpful. The room was never cleaned properly. You have to push them to get things done. The concierge is good. But, you have to double-check whatever booking he is making for you. He booked me a wrong return ticket from the outlet, and I was stuck there.

Disliked: I was staying at the hotel from July 20th to 27th. On the day of checkout, you made a payment on my card for the total amount of the attached invoice, in the amount of US$3928.62 as closing the account. However, there are two amounts, one on July 22nd in the amount of approximately US$1440.00 and another on July 21st, in the amount of approximately US$1060.00.
