Liked: big room, big beds. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: hotel room was a bit shabby. Only one person on duty - had to wait a while for them to come to the desk.

Nothing like the photos

Disliked: Horrible Experience – Nothing Like the Photosbooked this hotel through Booking.com based on the photos and description, but the reality was shocking. The room looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s — everything was outdated, the beds were uncomfortable, and worst of all, the room smelled like urine.There was hair on the pillows, which made me question whether the room had been cleaned at all. I even took photos because the conditions were so bad compared to what was shown online.The reception staff was cold and unprofessional. I didn’t even bother complaining — I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I’m not only disappointed with the hotel, but also with Booking.com for allowing such misleading listings. I trusted the platform, but after this experience, I will be much more cautious.This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
