Has been "rebranding" for 5...

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful. This was really the best part of the hotel. They have a great group of people. The beds were clean and comfy.The price was reasonable per night.
Disliked: The carpets were disgusting (giant black stains, sticky food stuck to them, etc.). The floors were so dirty that the made the bottoms of fresh socks turn dark. Room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals our whole, four-night stay. Human hairs stuck to towels (from at least two people that weren't us). There were only two washing machines and two dryers. The laundry machines were coin operated, but there wasn't a change machine and the front desk had almost no quarters. The washer smelled mildew, had a film of ick around the door seal, and the soap dispenser in the washer was filthy with ancient globs of detergent.The tub didn't drain completely. There was a worn spot that always had a puddle. There wasn't a tub stopper either so no baths.Breakfast stops at 9am on weekdays and only contained processed carbs (bread, cereal, waffles). The blinds in the room couldn't go all the way down, leaving the parking lot lights to shine in at night and the sunlight to get us up earlier than preferred.The office chair had a big rip in it.

Liked: It was ok. Comfortable enough, clean enough, and was nice to have a complementary breakfast.
Disliked: There was no signage on or nearby the building, and the main entrance had a lot of clutter around it, so it did not look like the main entrance to a motel. The 'gym' in the motel was a storage room with no functional equipment. So, you should stop advertising that you have a gym. And there was no microwave in my room, though the room was advertised as having a microwave. I have booked to stay here again on my return trip, but I will probably cancel and book elsewhere.

Would not stay hear again

Liked: The location proximity to the music venue. Close enough we could walk to restaurants before the concert. Close enough we could walk to the concert and not have to deal with traffic.
Disliked: The whole building was under construction which is understandable but the pool was closed, the dead bolt on our room door didn't work and the breakfast was horrible. The desk clerk was more worried about her and her husband eating than helping guests with keeping the food stocked and milk or juice full.
