Very basic, but friendly B&B...

Disliked: No real healthy breakfast options provided.

Good

Liked: The bed is comfy , the breakfast was good (English breakfast), the staff was really nice and welcoming and the room smelled and was cleaned. The hotel was really quiet when we were staying.
Disliked: The shower did not have any power and the sink has old fashion taps, with one very hot and one very cold tap. I didn't think it was good value for money as I stayed in cheaper hotels in the past with better facilities. (It was a last minute booking so unsure if the price was high because of this)

Liked: Stayed for one night in a very comfortable bed with good pillows. Room was very clean. Good breakfast.

Close to promenade and town...

Liked: The position of hotel as to the facilities such as pubs shops and eating places within easy walking distance.
Disliked: The stairways up to our rooms, we knew beforehand that we would be on the second floor.
