Room decor was dated. Shower...

Liked: Cooked breakfast was good. Shower had plenty of pressure, but needs a descale (Room 115).!
Disliked: On arrival i was given the key to my room, but when I opened the door it was already occupied..! I was then given a different larger room. Trouble was the water tasted very metallic, so couldn't make any tea that I could drink.

Very conveniently located hotel, price...

Liked: Breakfast was okay, cooked well. The room was clean and spacious, bed fairly comfortable and with blackout curtains.
Disliked: The cooked breakfast had an item limit which wasn't stated on the menu. No issues with the limit, but it would have been good to have that stated beforehand.

Disliked: The WIFI was terrible it was that weak I couldn't even get on it .

Liked: The staff were lovely and very helpful especially Luke on reception. Rooms was clean and large, comfortable bed. We got a late checkout the next day too which was super! '
Disliked: Pillows were a bit thin and hard but that's a minor issue. Everything else was good

Liked: It was very nice and felt very professional.
Disliked: The pillows felt as hard as rocks. Literally, I had to check inside the cushion just to see if it was actually a rock. (All of our guests felt the same way.)
