Wonderful hotel!

Liked: Very kind and friendly reception ladies, very good location just in front of national museum and metro station, walkable to old town, cozy restaurant at backyard which serves nicest beer. Recommended to stay comfortably in Prague.
Disliked: Nothing really

Special view over the town

Liked: The hotel is very well located with easy access to major tourist attractions in Prague. It is an old hotel, quite worn-out. It would deserve some renovation. I stayed at this hotel 15 years ago and it was the same. They have three exceptional rooms, but they are not mentioned.
Disliked: The hotel is located in a good area of the city

Fantastic!

Liked: Lovely clean room. I’d like to thank Aika in reception and Peter in the Panorama Bar in particular as they were brilliant. My wife Anne mentioned we were in Prague for her 65th birthday as we were checking-in. Aika kindly upgraded our room, which had a balcony terrace overlooking Prague with great views of Prague and the castle. Aika and Peter arranged for a table on the rooftop Panorama Bar, with a few birthday surprises. They helped make her birthday a memorable one. They are both a credit to the hotel.
