Disliked: We experienced a lot of black mould in our room. It was even on my sons pillow when I took off his pillow case on the last day.There was mould on the ceiling, by the windows, in the bathroom and on the pillow. My daughter is asthmatic so she is very sensitive to these things

Disliked: The shower in the room 2 was not working . I encountered significant issues with the shower facilities in my room . Regrettably , the shower's temperature control was faulty with scalding hot water continuously flowing despite attempts to adjust. The tap was leaking and I was not able to fully change it to shower mode, Additionally the mixer appeared to be malfunctioning , making it impossible to regulate the water temperature effectively .As a result of this issue I experienced an unpleasant incident incident where the excessively hot water unexpectedly burned my skin. This not only caused discomfort but also raised safety concerns regarding the maintenance and functionality of room's amenities.The bathtub area in particular was visibly unhygienic , with blackened silicone detracting from the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. I was also disappointed with the quality of the coffee provided - was cold , lacked in freshness and also had an unpleasant taste reminiscent of overused coffee beansI hope that the hotel management addresses these concerns promptly to prevent any future guests from encountering similar challenges.
