Disliked: Hotel needs have lift. Room was shabby. No noise insulation, room upstairs was like trampling elephants

Liked: The location was brilliant for restaurants and bars and right near many transport links. It was easy to access my room. The WIFI worked well and the aircon was good. Rooms were quiet for the area!
Disliked: My friend arrived the evening before me and was brushed off when she asked some questions about our stay. My make-up bag was accidentally thrown away by the cleaning staff. It was recovered but I felt that the desk staff weren't very sympathetic in their dealing with the situation. The bathroom was dated but functional.

Lovely three nights in Washington...

Liked: Loved the style and accessibility. Great amenities. Perfect location and near the subway. The bed was a tad hard for me.
