Enjoyable stay, no complaints about...

Liked: Hotel was in good location and staff were friendly on arrival. Room was a good size and comfortable.
Disliked: Television was difficult to turn on. Price for room but to be expected in London

Location was great.

Liked: Great location. 10 mins walk to Buckingham palace. 5 mins walk to Big Bus stop. Lots amazing restaurants to choose from. We walked 2 mins across from hotel to a fantastic Italian restaurant. We had a connecting room with a king & a double which has a nice sitting area. Great setup for our family of 4. I gotta say tho that the rooms desperately needs renovation. Carpets were worn out, so were the headboards & the floor creaks. Overall we still had a great stay.

London V.J. 80 Dinner

Liked: The staff were very friendly & welcoming on reception. Our room was upgraded to a suite from a double. Which made our stay even more special as we celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary previously.

good location, pricey and needs...

Liked: The location is perfect, room was spacious but i got a free upgrade, thank you, so I had suite. Breakfast was nice but to pay 6 GBP for cappuccino after a paid for one night over 500 GBP is a little ridiculous.
Disliked: THe lobby and foyers are old and tired - needs refreshing

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: The staff. Unfriendly and zero warmth. Also the entrance lobby was cluttered with bags.
