The hotel was ok. Good...

Liked: Location good. Comfortable beds and room nice enough. (One of the plug sockets didn’t work)
Disliked: Service at breakfast wasn’t very good. Lots of staff but no one came to offer coffee, we had to go and ask and then ask again for a top up. Staff walked past finished plates on more than one occasion. Thought it was quite expensive.All room doors bang which is annoying through the night.

Great place to stay if...

Liked: The location is outstanding and we were able to walk to all the museums, theaters, and restaurants we wanted to visit. The room is small but very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room service was not good. My husband ordered a piece of chocolate cake and it took over an hour to arrive. And then it was inedible. When he called down to say it was stale, the woman said, "It was fresh. We JUST dethawed it!"

Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Great location near Berkeley Square and walking distance to Oxford st.
Disliked: Dated hotel, noisy in the morning with banging doors waking us early. Cleaning was not up to standard with no replenishment of toiletries, shower gel etc. Could not get anyone to answer the phone when trying to reach the reception desk in the evening. Glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Perfectly located for Hyde Park...

Liked: The Washington Mayfair Hotel is of a walking distance from the Hyde Park concerts and other places such as Green Park Tube Station, Buckingham Palace etc... The neighborhood is also quite nice
Disliked: The hotel is a bit on the older side.

Great location, bit shabby.

Disliked: A member of staff walked into our room without knocking at 8:30am while we were in bed!!!Air conditioning barely worked. Rooms are looking a little shabby and whilst not dirty, could be cleaner.

Good location for visiting central...

Liked: The location was perfect for visiting all the main London attractions. The room was great, including a small refrigerator, complimentary bottles of water, and shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast was very good, the buffet had everything we needed, and the food was warm and tasty. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. The hallway was very quiet; we were in room 722. To get to the room you had to go up a small staircase from the landing where the elevator stopped.
Disliked: One of the two elevators was out of service the whole time we were there.
