Great family room

Liked: Pool was great for relaxing after sight seeing. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a good size for a family of 4
Disliked: It took several phone calls to get the reception staff to do things! Also, we’d booked the room for 4 people so needed the sofa bed. We arrived at 10pm with a 3 and 6 year old and it wasn’t made so had to call down. Seems a big miss not to make up all the beds we’d need before we arrived.

Very good

Liked: Good central location, great suites and fantastic staff
Disliked: Some renovations made a lot of noise during the day. The staff was great and moved me to another room.

Great room.

Liked: I loved the room. It was comfortable and the staff was great. I was able to have an early check-in. For a night, it is perfect.
Disliked: Construction noise all day until around 5pm. For the price, it should include breakfast.

Liked: Great location, beautiful spacious rooms with king size bed. The shower was super, great water pressure!The door men were fantastic.
Disliked: Construction at the hotel started at 7:30am, totally unacceptable. The hot tub was out of order. The pool room is like a hot box and smells of chlorine (you can smell it in the elevator going up to the pool).

Superb

Liked: Hotel was quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was long enough (13 meters) for laps. The staff was nice and attentive.
Disliked: Not much.
