The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

Comfortable room; attentive staff; excellent dining.

Disliked: Nothing.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Very clean. Pleasant helpful staff. Great location.
Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

Disliked: Plastic tumblers in room - for this price I expect glass tumblers! No bottled water in room. No tea-making facilities in room - no kettle and tea bags.

Disliked: The Warwick has been our favorite hotel for years, but not anymore. The staff who ignored us were the nicest ones since the others seemed to go out of their way to be rude. There were no towels in the room except for a single wash cloth and no others to be had. They did not get the charges right, the doorman who was great and there for years is gone. Valet parking and the hotel are no longer connected, so we had to pay separately.

Not comfortable. Not worth paying...

Liked: The property is in the heart of the city which is conveniently close to the convention and within walking distance of everything such as food, shopping among others.
Disliked: The room was dirty.The pillows stinks. I have to wrap the pillows with towels just so I don’t smell other people’s scent in it. I have to ask for extra towel to use to cover my pillows. The following morning, I asked for more towel to use for shower. They only provide 2 towels at a time. No face towels nor hand towels thy were provided. The refrigeration cabinet is broken. Therefore, the have placed the refrigerator outside the cabinet. I have to run the shower for a good 15 minutes for hot water to kick in.

Liked: Staff other than front desk helpful and friendly. Location off hotel terrific. I'd recommend and return.
Disliked: Front desk staff Friday afternoon rude to begin with then less than appropriate after she sent my friend to an occupied room. Wanted her to wait in check-in line again and hardly apologetic. She should have done triple back flips and was grumpy instead.
