Comfortable, very clean, lovely breakfast,...

Liked: I have stayed before and really liked it then. Nothing has changed, Linda & Clive are still as welcoming as ever! The place is a home away from home and I LOVE the quirky / retro decor. So much love had gone into the making of this BnB, you can’t help but feel it when staying there. Very nice breakfast as well !!!!!

A very pleasant rest stop...

Liked: The property was located very conveniently next to the main road onto Hayling Island, not far from the M27. It was very conveniently located for a one night break in a long journey for me. There was a good pub about 10 minutes walk along the road for my evening meal. It was very close to a coastal nature reserve with many birds, which I visited before breakfast the next morning. For me, it was an ideal location to continue on a long journey. It was very quiet in the whole house and I was able to sleep well and rest after a very tiring couple of days. The host and hostess were very welcoming and my one-to-one breakfast produced some interesting conversation. It was a shame I was not able to stay longer.
Disliked: Everything was fine. However, I did notice some very noisy motorbikers racing along the main road next to the house on more than one occasion. It is a busy main road, but there is good off-road parking.

A relaxing weekend stay

Liked: Friendly hostess, exceptional breakfast,, beautiful garden, spotlessly clean room, interesting decor.
Disliked: No tea making facility in the room. Unexpected house rule of removing shoes indoors. Busy road and not easy to identify the property on arrival.
