Disliked: Don't be fooled by the stylish lobby: the rooms are ridiculously tiny and unfriendly: you have to jump over your friend to get to the other side of the bed, the sink is in the middle of the room , you can't even open more than one standard suitcase.Overpriced is too gentle- It makes you wonder if there is a limit to cynicism when it comes to tourists in NY…

Liked: Well designed, cleaned to a high standard and great location in the centre of the action.Beautiful rooftop bar and great service.
Disliked: Our remote blinds weren’t working and the AC was constantly on despite us turning it off so the room was very chilly! The cleaners also cleaned quite late (around 5pm) which makes it a bit tricky when you’re trying to get ready for the evening

Liked: Comfy beds, generally helpful staff, when I asked to move to a higher room due to noise this was accommodated easily. Stylish. Great roof terrace.
Disliked: High noise level in the lower floor rooms. Very small rooms in general (knew this in advance). Check in clerk gave us very little information about the services available at the hotel. Missing lightbulb in our room. Missing steamer in the other
