Disliked: The hotels say they are a wheelchair accessible hotel however every time we had to leave the hotel someone has to be called and asked to put a ramp down which was only accessible through the coffee shop. This became very tedious every time we wanted to leave and enter the hotel. Had I not been with my partner we would have not been able to get assitance from the hotel reception as this is situated in the basement of the hotel!

Liked: Location was nice. In hotel dining options were good. Lots of entertainment on the rooftop bar and the speakeasy in the lower levels. Easy walking distance to a lot of interesting spots.
Disliked: No refrigerator or coffee/tea capabilities in room. No ice bucket either. 711 was around the corner. No biggie. Maybe I’m spoiled.

Disliked: Rating: -100/10Title: Stay ruined by shocking and unauthorised charge – AVOID AT ALL COSTSI stayed at this hotel from 22nd to 24th May, paying £511 for a two-night stay.After checking out, I discovered that the hotel had charged my card again — this time for the entire balance of my bank account. This was not a minor error or deposit hold — they emptied my account completely, leaving me with no access to funds and in a deeply distressing financial situation.I have tried to contact the hotel directly but so far, no help, no resolution or support. As of now, they have still not explained how or why this happened.This experience has caused unnecessary stress, anxiety, and financial harm, and raises serious concerns about the security of guests’ payment information. I am now in the process of escalating this to my bank and consumer protection authorities.Until this issue is addressed and resolved, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your financial safety, I would strongly urge you to think twice before booking here.

Liked: Great friendly staff. The hotel has a lovely vibe, with a great coffee shop downstairs as well as a restaurant and a rooftop bar.
Disliked: The rooms are very small.
