Liked: Great location and a wonderful cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Nice gym. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. We had a room for the disabled, so we can't complain about the size, on the contrary, the room was very spacious.
Disliked: The windows are a nightmare, absolutely no seals and it's like sleeping on the street. You can hear absolutely everything from outside. This was our second hotel during our stay and it can’t be compared to the previous experience where the hotel was, even though it was in the very center, completely quiet. The staff was a little confused, longer wait at check-in and after entering the room we met a cleaning lady resting there. About 30 minutes after our arrival, another guest entered our room, who was sent to the same room. Nothing unusual according to the reviews.

Good stay

Liked: Close to Canal Street Subway, great location, staff is friendly. The speakeasy is awesome. As well as the coffee bar. We will stay here again, but I would book through them directly versus this booking.com.
Disliked: I booked two rooms and one was ready, the other was not ready until 6:30pm. Some things didn't work in our room but were quickly fixed. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay, but they made up for it.

Liked: How nice it looked especially where the cafe was and the restaurant area
Disliked: the rooms are very small, you have no space in the room barely. They should at least let you know how small it’s going to be and definitely charge less because that room was not worth the price i paid for.
