Great location - super comfortable...

Liked: Fabulous lobby atmosphere and great location - super comfortable beds.
Disliked: Cleaning was forgotten on one night - some maintenance ( scrapes and scratches in the rooms) is more than evident now after a few year opening. In the lobby some of the furnishing and rugs need replacing.

Very pleasant and affordable with...

Liked: The staff were excellent-quite an ensemble working to insure I had everything I needed. Also the Soho location was convenient to every place I planned to visit mostly within walking distance or close to subway.
Disliked: Hard to criticize but my view wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. Almost looked like a Hopper painting - view of water tower.

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect near Canal street. My room was in the corner of the building on the 7th floor which was amazing for the views

Great location but pricey considering...

Liked: The common spaces are beautiful and comfortable. The location is great.
Disliked: The rooms are nice but tiny, no space for a suitcase, forget two. The bed is too short for a 5’6” person. Things are also starting to look old, poorly maintained.
